Whenever you ask your AI to delete, remove, trash, archive, unpublish or cancel something, it first changes nothing. It tells you exactly what would go, for example "Move the project CCC-1001 \"Wrong project\" with its 1 task to the Trash", and asks you to confirm.
- Your yes works once, for that exact item, for 10 minutes.
- If the item changed in the meantime, your AI asks again.
- Permanent deletes also wait in AI → Approvals.
Projects and messages go to the Trash
A project or message your AI deletes goes to the Trash with everything on it, and can be restored for 30 days. Your AI can also undo it. Only a person can delete forever, from the Trash tab. See The Trash for Projects and Messages.
Things your AI never deletes
- Forms (it can draft them, never delete them).
- Anything to do with money: gifts, invoices, payments, pledges or campaigns.
