Some things an AI should never do on its own. When your AI asks to do one of them, it files a request instead, and nothing happens until a person approves it in Studio.
What needs approval
- Sending email, messages or replies that reach people outside your team.
- Publishing a website page, a form or an event, or changing something people can already see.
- Assigning work to someone else when that emails them.
- Permanent deletes (for example removing an event, a campus or a pathway).
How to approve
- Go to AI → Approvals. The sidebar shows how many are waiting.
- Open a request to see exactly what will happen: the text that will be sent, who gets it, or what will change.
- Click Approve or Reject.
If the record changed after the AI asked, Studio refuses the approval so you never approve something stale. Ask your AI again.
Who may approve depends on the Owners and admins approve money and messages setting. See Turning On Connected AI.
