See who is connected
On AI → Connected AI, the Connections card lists AI apps signed in to this workspace. Yours shows your own; admins also see Everyone.
Disconnect
- Click Disconnect on a connection to stop that app at once.
- Admins can use Disconnect all to stop every app in the workspace.
- Resetting your password or two-step sign-in also disconnects your apps.
Pause
Admins can click Pause in the banner (or turn on Pause AI access) to refuse every request until you unpause. Nobody is disconnected.
Review activity
Open Activity on the Connected AI page to see each request: who asked, which app, what it read or changed, and whether it was allowed, refused or sent for approval.
