Your permissions, in one workspace
Your AI can only see and do what your role allows in Studio, in the one workspace you connected. If your role cannot open Giving, neither can your AI. If you are limited to certain clients or projects, so is your AI.
Hidden unless an admin turns it on
- Children and check-in: without it, your AI sees headcounts but no child's name. Security codes are never shared.
- Sponsored children: without it, your AI sees how many are waiting, never names.
- Form and booking answers, website chat messages and leads, and workflow answers.
- Giving history: who gave what.
- Private notes, and then only your own.
Never shared
- Passwords, sign-in codes, API keys and tokens.
- Card and bank details.
- Birthdates, photos and internal notes of sponsored children; meal train delivery addresses.
Everything is written down
Every request an AI makes, including refused ones, is recorded. Admins can review it in AI → Connected AI → Activity.
