Money is view only for every AI app, on every plan.
What it can read
- Giving: gifts, recurring gifts, totals per fund.
- Invoices and payments, and transactions.
- Fundraising campaigns and Rally: goal vs raised, donors, pledged vs collected, and which pledges are behind.
Amounts only appear for people whose role in Studio can see giving or finances. Who gave or pledged appears only when an admin turns on Giving history in Connected AI settings.
What it can never do
- Charge, refund, void or move money.
- Edit an amount, a gift, an invoice, a pledge or a campaign.
- Delete anything to do with money.
- See card or bank details, ever.
A few other amounts are never shown at all, like a deal's value in Pipelines, a membership's price, and room or booking rates.
