Facilities is a paid module. It's included on the upgraded tier of each Studio product — the same plan that unlocks your other advanced features.
Where Facilities is included
- Studio Events — Events+ and Events Max.
- Studio Faith (churches) — Faith Pro and Faith+.
- Studio Cause (nonprofits) — Cause Pro and Cause+.
- Studio Craft (agencies) — Pro, Studio+, and Studio Max.
It is not part of the free tiers. If you're on a free plan, you'll see Facilities in Settings → Modules with an Upgrade prompt.
How many locations you get
A location is a physical site — a campus, a building, a venue. The number you can add depends on your tier:
- 1 location — on the entry paid tiers (Events+, Faith Pro, Cause Pro, Craft Pro). Everything inside Facilities works fully; you're just limited to a single site.
- Unlimited locations — on the upgraded "+" and Max tiers (Events Max, Faith+, Cause+, Studio+, Studio Max). Add as many campuses or venues as you run.
What happens when I hit the limit
On a single-location plan, adding a second location prompts you to upgrade. Any locations you already created stay exactly as they are — the limit only applies to adding new ones.
How to upgrade
Go to Settings → Billing and move up to the tier that includes the locations you need. Your data carries over instantly — nothing to re-enter.
