If somebody has added you as a host on a booking type, you have a page of your own — your link, who has booked you, and the hours behind it.
Finding it
Click your avatar in the top corner and choose My Booking. The item only appears once you have been added as a host somewhere.
What is on it
- Your link — copy it, or open it to see exactly what a visitor sees.
- Put it on a website — ready-made snippets for a button or an iframe, already filled in with your details. Paste one into your bio page or your team page.
- Upcoming — who has booked you and when.
- My weekly hours — the days and times you are available.
- Days off & extra hours — vacation, holidays, and one-off availability.
Change your hours
- Tick the days you are available and set a start and end time for each.
- If you are not in the same timezone as your organization, set My time zone. Your hours are then read on your own clock, so 9am stays 9am for you through daylight saving.
- Click Save hours.
Untick a day and save to stop offering it. Your booking page updates immediately.
Take a day off
- Under Days off & extra hours, pick the date.
- Choose Time off and leave the times blank to close the whole day, or fill them in to close part of it.
- Choose Extra hours instead to open time your weekly hours do not cover — a one-off Saturday morning. Extra hours always need both a start and an end.
If you host in more than one organization
Every booking type you host appears here, whichever organization it belongs to, each with its own link and its own hours.
Good to know
- Everything you change here takes effect on your booking page straight away.
- An administrator can edit your hours too, from Booking in that organization.
- Nobody can be offered a time you have already been booked for, and connecting your Google or Outlook calendar keeps everything already on it from being offered either.
- No link yet? Either nobody has added you as a host, or your organization's public site is switched off. The page tells you which.
