One booking type can have several hosts, and each of them gets a link of their own. That is how a team publishes bookable time without building a near-identical booking type for every person.
The two kinds of link

Both links are live at once. Put the team link on your contact page and let each person use their own in their email signature.
Give someone a link
- Go to Booking → Booking types and open the type.
- Under Hosts & hours, add the person. Their link appears immediately under Their own link.
- Tick their days and set a start and end time for each. A host with no hours cannot offer a single time.
- Click Copy and send it to them.
They can also copy it themselves from My Booking in their avatar menu, where they can keep their own hours up to date.
Do not build a booking type per person
It is tempting to create "30 minutes with Sarah" and "30 minutes with Dev" as separate types. Don't. One 30-minute call type with both people as hosts gives you the same two personal links plus a team link — and when you change the length or the buffer, you change it once instead of six times.
Who gets the appointment on the team link
The person who is genuinely free at the time chosen. If Sarah works Tuesdays and Dev works Wednesdays, a Wednesday booking goes to Dev even if the visitor never picked a name. When more than one person is free, the visitor can choose with the Meet with selector at the top of the picker.
Good to know
- The link is built from the person's first name. If two hosts on the same type share a first name, the second one gets a slightly longer link.
- Someone hosting two different booking types has the same name in both links.
- Switch a host off, or remove them, and their personal link stops working. The team link carries on with everyone else.
- Studio will not let you remove a host who still has upcoming appointments — cancel or reassign those first.
