An empty booking page is nearly always one of these, in rough order of likelihood.
No host, or no hours
A booking type cannot offer anything until somebody is attached to it and has days ticked. Open the type and check under Hosts & hours.
You are on one person's link, and they are busy
A link ending in someone's name — /book/discovery-call/sarah — shows only that person's hours. If Sarah does not work Fridays, a personal link shows no Fridays even when a colleague is free all day. Drop the name from the end of the link to see the whole team's times.
The link ends in a name nobody has
A personal link for a host who has been removed, switched off, or renamed shows Page not found rather than quietly falling back to the team page. Copy a fresh link from the booking type.
Minimum notice is eating the day
If minimum notice is four hours, none of today's remaining slots inside that window appear. Look at tomorrow — if times show up there, this is your answer.
The day is blocked
Check Days off & extra hours for a blackout covering that date. A blackout with no times set closes the entire day.
The daily cap is reached
If Max per day is set and the host has already hit it, the whole day disappears rather than showing times that cannot be taken.
The type is switched off
Check that Accepting bookings and Listed publicly are both on.
A connected calendar needs reconnecting
If a host's Google or Outlook connection has broken, Studio deliberately offers nothing for that host rather than guessing. You will see a Needs reconnecting badge on their connection. Reconnect it and times come back.
Everything really is booked
Worth ruling out. Widen the hours, shorten the appointment length, or reduce the buffers.
