Booking lets people schedule time with you without the back-and-forth. You publish when you are free, they pick a slot, and both of you get a calendar event.
What you can do
- Set your weekly hours once — "Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 to noon" — and let the times take care of themselves.
- Share one link that always shows what is genuinely open.
- Give every team member a link of their own, so a whole team can take bookings from one booking type.
- Put it on any website, whether or not the site was built in Studio.
- Connect your Google or Outlook calendar so anything already on it is never offered, and new appointments land on it automatically.
- Take payment for a paid consultation at the time of booking.
- Let people reschedule or cancel themselves, with no account and no phone call.
Who uses it
A pastor publishing counseling slots. An agency taking discovery calls. A nonprofit booking facility tours. A freelancer running consultations. The module is the same for all of them — only the wording around it changes.
Booking is not the Scheduler
They sound alike and do opposite jobs. Scheduler answers "who is serving on Sunday" — you assign people to roles. Booking answers "when can someone book time with you" — other people choose from your open times.
