Sometimes an assistant, a spouse, or a supervisor needs to see when you are booked. You can hand them a read-only link without giving them a login.
Turning it on
Open the booking type, find your name under Hosts & hours, and look for Share this schedule. Tick Sharing on, choose how much detail to show, and save.
Two levels of detail
| Busy times only | Shows that time is taken and nothing else — no names, no titles. This is the default. |
|---|---|
| Full detail | Shows who booked and what for. Only for someone you genuinely trust with that. |
They can subscribe to it too
The page has a Subscribe in your calendar button, so your schedule appears inside their own calendar app instead of a page they have to remember to open.
Treat the link like a password
Anyone holding it can open the page. It is never listed publicly and never shows up in search results, but it is not protected by a login.
Saving always creates a brand-new link. That means turning sharing off, or switching from full detail back to busy times, genuinely revokes the old address — whoever had it can no longer see anything. It also means you must resend the new link to anyone who should still have access.
