Studio can send contacts out to a long list of email tools. Reading lists back in is a smaller list, on purpose.
Available today
- Mailchimp
- Flodesk
- Campaign Monitor
These are the providers whose list-reading has been tested against real accounts. If one of them is connected under Settings → Integrations, it shows up in the Import from… picker on the Lists page.
Connected but not listed
Some providers can receive contacts from Studio but cannot hand lists back yet — Nutshell, for example, organizes contacts by tag rather than by list. A connected provider that Studio cannot read from simply does not appear in the import picker.
We would rather leave a provider out than offer it and quietly import nothing, which looks identical to an empty account.
Don't see your provider?
Open Settings → Integrations. Providers that are not yet available show a Request access button. Pressing it tells us you want it, and we set it up with you against your real account before switching it on — which is also how a provider earns its place on the list above.
Nothing to import from?
You can always bring contacts in from a spreadsheet instead: Email Campaigns → Lists → Import CSV. The same protections apply.
