Here's the whole flow, start to finish.
1. Start a campaign
- Go to Email Campaigns and click New campaign.
- Pick a starting point — a blank text layout, a hero-image layout, or an appeal layout. You can change everything afterward.
2. Fill in the details
On the Details tab set:
- Subject — the line recipients see in their inbox.
- Preview text — the short snippet shown after the subject in most inboxes.
- From name and Reply-to — who it's from and where replies go (defaults come from your Email Settings).
- Audience — the list or smart audience that will receive it (see the audience article).
3. Design the content
On the Content tab, build the email by adding and arranging blocks; on the Design tab set your logo and colors. See Using the block editor and Designing your email.
4. Preview and test
The live preview on the right shows exactly what recipients get. Use Send test to email a copy to yourself first — always do this before a real send.
5. Send or schedule
When it's ready, Send now delivers immediately, or Schedule picks a future date and time. A scheduled campaign can be cancelled any time before it goes out.
Your work auto-saves as you go, and a campaign stays a draft until you send or schedule it.
