Sender identity & sending domain (deliverability)

Email Campaigns

Email Campaigns → Settings is where you control how your emails are addressed and how reliably they reach the inbox.

Sender defaults

Set the default From name and Reply-to address used for new campaigns. You can still override them per campaign.

Sending from your own domain

Out of the box, campaigns send from a shared Studio address, which works fine. For the best deliverability and a fully branded from-address, add your own sending domain:

  1. Add your domain in Settings.
  2. Studio shows the DNS records to add at your domain host.
  3. Add them, then click Verify. Once verified, you can set the sending mailbox (the part before the @, e.g. newsletter).

Until a domain is verified, campaigns keep sending from the shared Studio address — nothing breaks. A branded sending domain is a top-tier plan feature.

Suppression list

Studio automatically suppresses addresses that hard-bounce or mark you as spam, so you never email them again. You can view the suppression list here and remove an address if it was a mistake.
