The Scheduled tab lists every recurring gift you currently have active.
Change the amount
- Open the recurring gift.
- Click Edit recurring gift.
- Enter the new amount and save.
The new amount applies starting with the next scheduled charge — no refund or adjustment on past gifts.
Update your payment method
- Click Update Card.
- Enter the new card details (handled securely by Stripe — Studio never sees the number).
- Save.
All future charges use the new card. You can also update your card directly under Account → Payment Methods to change it for every active recurring gift at once.
Pause or cancel
Click Cancel on the recurring gift. Confirm, and no further charges happen. Cancellation takes effect immediately — past gifts stay in your history.
Failed charges
If a card expires or is declined, we email you with a link to update it. After 3 failed attempts the gift is marked Expired and you'll need to restart it from the original donation page.
