The Donor Portal is a single free login at usestudio.app/account for anyone who's donated to a Studio-powered organization or registered for a Studio-powered event.
One account, everything in one place:
- Donated? See every gift you've made, every scheduled recurring donation, and download receipts and year-end statements.
- Registered for an event? See every ticket you've bought — past and upcoming — with QR codes ready at the door.
- Both? It's all the same login. Sign in once and you'll see Tickets and History side-by-side.
What you can do
- View your full giving history with downloadable PDF receipts.
- Manage recurring donations: change amount, update payment method, or cancel.
- Pull up event tickets and QR codes on your phone.
- Fill in details for attendees on a multi-ticket order.
- Update your name, email, address, and password.
One login, many organizations
If you donate to three churches and registered for a nonprofit gala — all on Studio — it's one portal, not four. Your history is organized by organization so you can see what went where.
How to sign up
Go to usestudio.app/register and create an account with the same email you used to donate or register. Your past gifts and tickets are linked automatically the moment you finish signing up.
