The Account tab has three sections: Profile, Password, and Payment Methods.
Profile
Name, email, phone, and mailing address. Changes here apply to your donor portal login. Individual organizations also keep their own copy of your info on their donor record — updating it in the portal doesn't push changes out to each organization automatically (for privacy reasons).
Password
- Enter your current password.
- Enter a new password and confirm.
- Save.
Payment methods
View the cards you have on file for recurring donations, add a new one, or remove one you no longer use. Removing a card will not cancel active recurring gifts — you'll be prompted to update each one to a different card first.
Delete my account
Contact support@usestudio.app to close your donor portal account. Your donation history with each organization is retained per the organization's own records and tax requirements.
