The list on the right holds every comment on the design. Click any row to jump to its mark; click any mark to open its conversation.
Replying
Open a pin and type. Replies go out straight away rather than waiting to be grouped — somebody answering your question should not sit in a queue.
Resolving
When a piece of feedback has been dealt with, open it and press Mark resolved. Anyone on the review can resolve — a designer closing off feedback they have acted on is the normal case, not an overreach. Resolved comments are still there; they just stop counting as outstanding.
Reopen puts one back if it was closed too early.
Hiding what is done
The tick-in-a-circle button at the right end of the toolbar hides resolved comments so only outstanding feedback is left on screen. It is a view switch — it changes nothing and approves nothing.
Editing and deleting
You can edit or delete your own comments. You cannot edit somebody else's, on purpose: the thread is a record of what was actually asked for.
How people hear about it
A run of comments in one sitting arrives as one notification, not eleven — "Jacob left 12 comments on Homepage v2". A direct @ mention always arrives on its own, because being named is worth interrupting for. A short email summary follows once a review session goes quiet, showing each comment with a crop of the artwork around it.
