Reviewing a design as a client

Design review

If your agency or team has sent you a design to look at, everything happens in your client portal. No software to install and nothing to learn beyond clicking.

Finding it

Open your project in the portal. The Design review card lists what is waiting for you. Click the row, or use the Review button on the file itself.

Saying what you think

  1. Choose the speech bubble in the toolbar at the bottom.
  2. Click the exact thing you want to talk about.
  3. Type your note and press Comment.

Use the square to draw around a whole area, the arrow to point at something small, and the pencil to circle something freehand. Hover any button to see what it does.

Your note is not saved until you type something — a shape on its own is not feedback, so it is never kept.

Just looking

Opening a design to see what it is tells nobody and starts nothing. Look as often as you like. People only hear from you when you actually leave a comment.

When you are happy

Press Approve at the top. If it is not right yet, press Request changes and say why — your team will send a new version, and everything you have already said stays exactly where you wrote it.
