The Songs library is the central catalog of everything your team plays. Add a song once and it's available for every future worship plan.

- Title — required.
- Author / artist — used for CCLI reporting.
- CCLI Song Number — needed so CCLI can credit the songwriters when you report. It's on the song's page in SongSelect; importing a ChordPro chart that carries a
{ccli: ...}line fills it in for you. - Default key — A, B♭, C, etc.
- Tempo / BPM — optional, helpful for click tracks.
- Lyrics + chords — paste in ChordPro format (chords in brackets above lyrics) or plain lyrics.
- Save.
Import from ChordPro
If you already have charts in ChordPro format, drop the files into the import dialog or paste the text. Studio detects title, artist, key, tempo, CCLI number, sections (Verse / Chorus / Bridge), and chord positions. Drop as many files as you like — each one becomes its own song.
Most chart tools export ChordPro, and SongSelect lets you download a chart from your own account, so this is the route in for anything you already have a licence to use.
Arrangements
Each song can have multiple arrangements — your slow acoustic version, the up-tempo rock version, the kids version. Each arrangement has its own key, chord chart, and audio file. Service plans reference a specific arrangement so the band knows exactly which version you're playing.
Audio files
Upload an MP3 or link to a Spotify / YouTube reference recording. Volunteers preview the song from the plan before rehearsal.
