The Worship share link is what your volunteers actually use Sunday morning. One URL gives everyone the order, the songs, the keys, and the audio references — no login, no app, no friction.
Get the share link
- Open the worship plan.
- Click Share in the header.
- Studio generates a long, unguessable URL. Copy it and send via your team's normal channel (text, group chat, email).
What volunteers see
- The full order in sequence — songs and non-song items, in the order you set.
- For each song: title, key (for this service), arrangement notes, and a click-through to the full chord chart.
- Audio reference recordings — play directly on the page.
- Service time(s) so they know what to show up to.
Security
The share link is unguessable but public — anyone with the URL can view. Treat it like a Google Doc you've shared "by link." If you need to revoke access, regenerate the link from the plan settings.
Mobile-friendly
The share view is built for phones — large text, swipe to next song, dark-mode friendly for low-light stages.
