A Worship Plan is one service's order — opening song, transitions, sermon, response song, etc. — plus the team scheduled to lead it.
Create a new plan
- Sidebar → Worship → Plans.
- Click + New Plan.
- Set the plan date and which service type(s) it covers (e.g. "Sunday Morning"). Studio uses the recurring schedule from your service type to auto-fill service times.
- Save the plan shell. You'll land on the plan detail page where you build the order.
Build the order
The plan detail page shows a sortable list. Drag items into the order you want.
- + Add Song — picks from your library. Choose the arrangement and key. Add notes for the band ("intro 4 bars no drums").
- + Add Item — non-song items: scripture reading, prayer, communion, offering, sermon, video, transitions.
- Reorder — drag the handle on the left of any item.
- Per-item notes — anything you'd normally write on a paper run sheet ("kill click after chorus 2").
Multiple service times on one plan
If you have 9am and 11am services on the same Sunday with the same set list, build the plan once. The plan can host multiple service times — each one schedules its own team but shares the song order.
Schedule the team
Open the Team tab on the plan page. Each position on each team you set up in Scheduler shows here — invite a person, request a fill-in, mark someone unavailable. Volunteers receive the assignment email and respond from their inbox the same way they would for any Scheduler assignment.
Share with your team
Once the plan is ready, click Share. Studio gives you a public URL that anyone on the team (or you, on your phone Sunday morning) can open to see the running order, click any song for its chord chart, and play the reference audio. No login required.
