Working an Alert

Signals

Click an alert to open it. You'll see the person, their engagement level, key dates (last seen, last gave), the reason it fired, and a timeline of recent activity.

Take action

  • Assign it to a team member (or it may auto-assign to a leader).
  • In progress — mark that you're following up.
  • Resolve — close it and pick an outcome: reconnected, left, false alarm, traveling, life change, or asked not to contact. Add notes.
  • Snooze — hide it for a set number of days, then it returns.
  • Dismiss — close it without action.

You can also launch a workflow on the person straight from the alert — for example a re-engagement follow-up.
