Signals is your early-warning system for people drifting away. It quietly watches engagement — attendance, giving, groups, serving — and raises an alert when someone's pattern changes, so a leader can reach out before they're gone.
The idea
- Engagement level — each person is summarized as Highly Active, Active, Occasional, Inactive, or New, based on recent activity.
- Alert — a flag that someone needs attention (e.g. "Regular attender, last seen 65 days ago"). Each alert is for one person and one reason.
- Outcome — when you close an alert you record what happened (reconnected, traveling, life change, etc.), which feeds your reconnect rate.
Find it under Signals in the sidebar. It runs on its own — you don't have to build anything to start seeing alerts.
