Every person's profile has a Signals tab showing their engagement level, any open alerts, recently closed alerts, and a timeline of their activity.
Respecting wishes
If someone asks for space, set "Do not contact until" a date, or opt them out of Signals entirely. Studio won't raise new alerts for them while that's in effect — useful for snowbirds, sabbaticals, or sensitive situations.
