Studio comes with a set of ready-made signals you can tune under Signals → Settings:
- Attendance gap — a regular attender stops showing up.
- Giving lapse — a regular giver hasn't given in a while.
- Group dropped — missed several group meetings in a row.
- Serving no-shows — repeated no-shows on a serving team.
- Recurring donation cancelled and Email unsubscribed — flagged right away.
- Pathway stalled — stuck on a pathway milestone too long.
Tuning
For each signal you can change its severity, adjust its threshold (e.g. how many days counts as "lapsed"), set who it auto-assigns to, and turn it on or off. The built-in signals can be tuned but not deleted.
