Everyone on a team has one place to see what they're scheduled for — worship and every other kind of volunteer (nursery, hospitality, tech, greeters, and so on). It's called Serving Schedule.
Getting there
- Click your avatar (top right) → Serving Schedule, or
- Open the Launchpad and click the My Serving tile.
No full admin access needed — anyone on a team can reach it.
List and Calendar
Toggle between a List and a Calendar using the icons on the right of the toolbar. Use the filters to narrow things down — search by title, day, or month, or filter by organization, type, or status. On the calendar, past services are greyed out and upcoming ones are color-coded (green = confirmed, blue = needs a response, red = declined).
Each row
- Pending rows have Accept and Decline buttons right there, plus a Plan details link.
- Confirmed rows show a green "Confirmed" pill and a Plan details button.
- If you're on a worship team, a Rehearsal button opens the song list, chord charts, keys, and the media player in its own window for practice.
Blockout dates
At the bottom you can add blockout dates — windows when you can't serve (vacation, work travel, family events). They apply across every team and every organization you serve in, so once you block a date no one can schedule you for it. You can mark a blockout as annually recurring. (You can't block a date you're already confirmed for — decline that service first.)
