Every rally and campaign page carries a Report this fundraiser link. If something looks wrong, use it — you don't need an account and it takes a moment.
When to report
- The story looks fabricated, or the money is described as going somewhere it plainly isn't.
- Someone is raising in another person's name without their knowledge.
- Photos or text appear lifted from somewhere else.
- The page is being used for something abusive or illegal.
What happens
Reports go to Studio's team, not to the person running the rally. We look at the page and the account behind it and act if something is wrong. You won't usually get a reply — reports are one-way, so nobody has to worry about being identified to the organizer.
What we can't do
Studio can't adjudicate a family disagreement, decide who deserves the money, or referee a dispute between an organizer and a beneficiary. Report the ones that look like fraud or abuse; those we can act on.
If you gave and want a refund
Ask the organizer first — they can refund a gift directly. If you believe you were defrauded, report the fundraiser and raise it with your card issuer.
