A pathway is a journey made of milestones that you guide people through — a New Believer track, a membership process, a volunteer onboarding, or your "Next Steps." It shows, at a glance, where every person is on the journey so nobody falls through the cracks.
The pieces
- Milestones — the steps along the way (e.g. Growth Track → Baptized → Member → Small Group → Serving). Each has a name, color, and short label.
- Enrollment — a person being added to a pathway. Each person has their own progress.
- Progress — which milestones a person has completed, shown as filled dots and a percentage.
Two styles
- Sequential — milestones are completed in order (a journey with a "current step").
- Checklist — milestones can be completed in any order (a to-do list).
