From Pathways, click New Pathway.
- Give it a name and description (e.g. "Next Steps", "Membership Track").
- Choose Sequential (steps done in order) or Checklist (any order).
- Pick a color so it's easy to recognize.
Add milestones
Open the pathway and add the steps of the journey. For each milestone you can set a name, a short label, a color, and an optional stall window — the number of days after which a person who hasn't moved forward is flagged for follow-up (see "Auto-steps and stalled people").
You can reorder milestones, and you can only delete a milestone that nobody is currently on.
