Auto-steps
A milestone can be set to complete automatically when a matching event happens — for example a check-in, a first gift, a form submission, attending an event, or joining a group. You can still mark milestones by hand whenever you like.
Stalled people
If a milestone has a stall window and someone sits on it longer than that, Studio flags them as a care need in Signals ("Pathway stalled"), so a leader can follow up. This keeps people from quietly stalling halfway through a journey.
