Open a pathway to see its journey board: milestones run across the top, and each enrolled person is a row with a dot under every milestone.
Enroll people
Use the enroll action to add one or many people. Sequential pathways start them at the first milestone; checklists start with nothing checked.
Mark progress
- Filled dot = completed. Empty dot = not yet.
- Click a dot to mark a milestone complete (or undo it).
- The board shows each person's percentage and, for sequential pathways, their current step.
See it on the profile
A person's profile has a Pathways tab showing every pathway they're on and how far along they are.
Filter the board by milestone or "not started," and search by name or email to find someone quickly.
