Your profile: one account for everything

Getting Started

One profile, every place you sign in

Your profile in Studio is the same wherever you go. Whether you sign in as part of an agency team, log into a client portal, or check on your giving as a supporter, it's all the same account — same email, same password, same profile picture.

That means you only have to remember one set of credentials, and any update to your name, photo or preferences shows up everywhere automatically.

Opening My Profile

Click your avatar in the top-right corner and choose My Profile. The page is organized into a few sections — what you see depends on your roles.

Profile

Your name, email, phone number, and a short bio. Upload an avatar by clicking the picture circle, or pick a color if you'd rather use your initials. The color you choose is what teammates and clients will see next to your name in messages, comments, and activity feeds.

Password

Change your password here. The new password takes effect immediately and applies to every place you sign in. Sessions on other devices stay logged in unless you choose to sign them out.

Notifications

Decide which emails you want to receive. You can toggle alerts for project updates, mentions, todo assignments, comments, and other activity. We'll never send you marketing — these are operational emails only.

Preferences

Choose dark mode or light mode, set your time zone, and pick your starting page after login. These preferences follow you across browsers.

Billing (owners only)

If you're an owner of a workspace, you'll see a Billing section with your plan, payment method, and invoice history. Team members and clients won't see this section.

One password for everything you do here

This is the part people miss the most when they first start: you do not need separate accounts for each organization or each role. Your account knows what you can access. When you sign in, Studio shows you everything — your team workspace, the client portal you belong to, your supporter account — all from the same login.

Why this matters

  • You only have one password to manage. No more "which email did I use for the church giving site again?"
  • Your photo and name update everywhere at once. Change your avatar in My Profile and the church's giving page, the agency's project board, and the client portal all reflect it.
  • Notification preferences apply to every role you have. If you opt out of comment emails, you won't get them as a team member or as a client.

Common questions

I have a personal email and a work email — can I merge them? Pick the one you use most often and stick with it. If two accounts already exist, contact support and we can consolidate them.

What if I leave the agency but still want to keep giving? Your account stays. Losing access to a workspace doesn't delete your supporter account or your giving history.

Does dark mode apply to the client portal too? Yes. Your preference follows you everywhere.
