Your Studio login is one key that opens several different doors. Depending on what you do with your organization, you may see some or all of these areas — and you never sign in more than once to move between them.
Launchpad
The first thing you see after signing in. Launchpad is your home base: it shows a tile for every place you can go — each organization you help run, any client portal you belong to, and your personal account. If you only have one destination, Studio takes you straight there. You can always return to Launchpad from the avatar menu in the top-right corner.
Your Account
Your personal space as a giver or attendee. This is where you review your donations and receipts, manage recurring gifts, and see tickets you have registered for. Anyone who has given or bought a ticket has a Your Account area — even staff members, using the same login.
Workspace
The main Studio app for running an organization: People, Giving, Events, Groups, Check-Ins, Facilities, and everything else. If you are on a team, this is where you spend most of your time. If you belong to more than one organization, you switch between them from the avatar menu without logging out.
Client Portal
A dedicated space for clients to follow their projects — messages, files, work orders, and invoices — in one place. If your organization works with clients, they reach the portal with the same Studio login you do.
Help Center
Where you are right now. The Help Center is open to everyone and is browsable without signing in, just like the documentation for any modern app. When you are signed in, it recognizes you automatically — no second login — so you can jump back to your Workspace or open a support request without missing a beat.
There is also a platform area called Studio Admin, used only by the Studio team to run the service itself. You will not see it unless you are part of that team.
Moving between them
Two things make this simple:
- One login. Sign in once and every area you have access to is unlocked.
- The same avatar menu everywhere. The profile menu in the top-right corner looks and works the same in every area, so Launchpad, Your Account, Workspace, the Portal, and Help are always one click apart.
