Reviewing applicants

Careers

Applications come in automatically as candidates submit the form. Review them, move them through the pipeline, and keep notes — Studio is your ATS.

The applications list

  1. Sidebar → Careers.
  2. Open the posting. The detail page shows the applications tab with every submission, newest first.
  3. Filter by status, sort by date, or search by applicant name.

What you see per applicant

  • Name, email, phone (if provided), submitted date.
  • Resume download.
  • Answers to every custom question on the application form.
  • Current pipeline status (New / Reviewing / Interview / Offer / Hired / Rejected).
  • Notes from anyone on your team who has reviewed them.

Change status

Click the status dropdown on any applicant. Status changes are logged so you can see who moved who when.

Add internal notes

Each applicant has a notes thread — interview write-ups, reference call summaries, gut-checks. Notes are internal-only; the applicant never sees them. Each note shows who wrote it and when.

Bulk actions

Select multiple applicants and bulk-change their status — useful for "reject everyone who didn't make the first cut" with one click. Confirmation modal protects against accidents.

The applicant is also a Person

Every application creates a Person record in your CRM (with source = "Careers"). Even candidates you don't hire stay in your contacts — useful for re-recruiting in future cycles. Open the Person profile from any application to see their full history.
