The Careers module lets your organization post open positions, accept applications on a public page, and run candidates through a review pipeline — all tied back to the People CRM so everyone you talk to becomes a permanent contact.
Who it's for
Churches hiring staff. Nonprofits posting development roles. Agencies hiring contractors. Anyone who wants a self-hosted, branded careers page that doesn't require a separate ATS subscription.
What you can do
- Post jobs — title, location, employment type, description, application form fields.
- Publish / unpublish — each posting has a toggle. Unpublished postings exist in admin but don't appear publicly.
- Public careers page — every workspace gets a branded careers page that lists all published positions. Embed on your website or link from your nav.
- Application form — candidates fill out name, email, resume upload, and any custom fields you defined. Applications turn into a Person record + a JobApplication record.
- Review pipeline — review applicants per posting, change application status (New, Reviewing, Interview, Offer, Hired, Rejected), add internal notes, take bulk action.
- Notes per applicant — interview write-ups, references, reasons for decisions. Visible to anyone with access to the Careers module.
Where it lives
Sidebar → Careers. The dashboard shows your published positions, recent applications, and pipeline counts.
