Understanding Project Statuses

Projects

Every project in Studio has a status that tells you exactly where it is in the workflow. Understanding these statuses helps you know what to expect.

Status Definitions

  • New — The request has been submitted but work has not started yet. Your team is reviewing it.
  • In Progress — Your team is actively working on this project.
  • In Review — The work is done and is waiting for review. This might mean your team is doing a quality check, or they are waiting for your feedback.
  • Completed — The project is finished and delivered.
  • Closed — The project has been closed. This could mean it was completed, cancelled, or no longer needed.

Priority Levels

  • Low — No rush, can be worked on when time permits.
  • Medium — Standard priority, will be addressed in normal workflow.
  • High — Important, should be prioritized above standard work.
  • Urgent — Critical, needs immediate attention.

Tracking Progress

On each project, you will see a progress bar that shows task completion (e.g., “3 of 5 tasks done”). This gives you a visual indicator of how much work remains.
