Project Files & Attachments

Projects

Files and attachments are a core part of working on projects in Studio. You can attach files when creating projects, posting comments, and sending messages.

Attaching Files

Wherever you see a rich text editor (comments, messages, project descriptions), you can attach files by:

  1. Clicking the attachment button (paperclip icon) in the editor toolbar.
  2. Selecting one or more files from your computer.
  3. Files appear as preview cards below the editor before you submit.

File Types

  • Images (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG) — Display as thumbnail previews. Click to view full size in a lightbox.
  • Documents (PDF, DOC, XLS, etc.) — Display as cards with a paperclip icon, filename, and file type badge. Click to download.

Viewing Files

All files shared on a project are collected in the Files sidebar panel, so you can find any attachment without scrolling through comments.

Downloading

Click the download icon on any file card to download it directly. Images can also be viewed in a full-screen lightbox by clicking on the thumbnail.
