Sharing your Payment Link

Payments & Processors

The fastest way to share your workspace's Payment Link is from the Transactions page. Whenever you need to send someone the URL, scan-it print a QR for in-person collection, or text a link with a pre-filled amount, it's one click away.

Where to find it

  1. Open Transactions in your Studio admin.
  2. In the page header, click the Payment Link dropdown (between "Reports" and "Add Transaction").

What's in the dropdown

  • Copy link — copies your Payment Link URL to your clipboard. Paste it into an email, text message, social post, or anywhere else.
  • Copy with amount… — type a dollar amount and copy a URL that pre-fills that amount when the payer opens it. Useful for "Pay $250 here" texts where you want them to confirm the right number before paying.
  • Show QR code — opens a scannable QR for your Payment Link. Save the image and drop it onto a printed flyer, poster, business card, or pew card. Anyone with a phone camera can scan and pay.
  • Open page — opens the public form in a new tab so you can preview what payers see.
  • Edit Payment Form — jumps to the customization screen (cover image, accent color, notification email). See Customizing your Payment Link.

The ?amount= URL trick

Append ?amount= followed by a dollar amount to any Payment Link URL to pre-fill the amount field. Examples:

  • your-slug.studiofoyer.co/payment?amount=50 → opens with $50
  • your-slug.studiofoyer.co/payment?amount=1250.75 → opens with $1,250.75

The payer can still change the number before paying — the URL just suggests it. Great for situations where you've already agreed on a price and want to make it one tap to confirm.

Print + in-person tips

  • The QR works in any size — print it as small as 1 inch and it still scans reliably.
  • Put your QR on receipts, invoices (as a backup pay option), or printed event handouts.
  • Pair the QR with the URL written out underneath so people without QR scanners can type it.
