Your Payment Link page is automatically branded with your workspace name and logo, but you can customize a few things to make it feel more like yours. The edit screen is intentionally small — just three fields — so there's nothing to overthink.
How to get there
- Open Transactions.
- Click the Payment Link dropdown in the page header.
- Choose Edit Payment Form at the bottom of the menu.
You'll land on a page that shows your Payment Link's public URL (with a Copy button) and the three editable settings below.
Cover image
Adds a banner photo to the top of the payment page above your logo. Use a wide photo that represents your organization — a building shot, a team photo, an event banner, etc.
- Recommended size: 1280×360 pixels.
- File: PNG or JPG, up to 2 MB.
- Click Upload Cover to pick a file, or Remove if you've uploaded one and want to revert to the plain colored band.
Accent color
The color used for the cover band gradient, the Pay button, and a few small highlights on the form. Pick something that matches your brand.
- Click the color swatch to open a color picker.
- Or type a hex code directly (e.g.
#0E7C66).
If you leave this blank, your workspace's default theme color is used.
Notification email
Where Studio sends a heads-up when someone pays through your Payment Link. Set this to whoever should know about incoming payments — accounting, the front desk, you personally.
- Leave it blank and Studio uses the default notification address for your workspace.
- Set it to a specific person's email to route Payment Link alerts directly to them (without changing where other notifications go).
What you can't edit (yet)
The Payment Link is intentionally simple. A few things are managed by Studio and not customizable:
- The URL — always
/paymenton your subdomain, the same for every workspace. - The form fields — always Amount + Name + Email + Card. Payers always enter their own amount (no presets, no recurring option).
- The button copy — always “Pay $X”.
If you need preset amounts, recurring billing, fund designations, or other donation-style features, you're probably looking for a donation form instead. The Payment Link is meant to stay one-page-simple.
