Studio has a single My Account page at https://usestudio.app/account/profile that applies to every role you use — admin, client portal, donor, attendee. Update it once and the change shows up everywhere.
What's on the page
- Name — first and last. Updates the name shown on team lists, client portal comments, donor records, and ticket confirmations.
- Email — the address you log in with.
- Phone — one phone number across every role.
- Avatar — upload a photo or pick a color for your initials badge. Shows in team UI, comments, and portal headers.
- Password — change once, applies everywhere.
- Appearance — light or dark mode (saved per-user, not per-device).
- Notification preferences — project updates, mentions, todo reminders, system alerts.
- Billing (owners only) — this tab appears for the paying Studio subscriber of a workspace.
What's NOT on this page
Role-specific details stay with each role:
- Your mailing address for donation receipts lives on your donor record — edit from Account → Profile inside /account.
- Your workspace-specific settings (active workspace, role, permissions) live in each workspace.
- Each organization you've donated to keeps its own copy of your donor record — updating your name in My Account changes your display name, but admins there manage their own donor data.

Why it's global
Behind the scenes Studio stores your shared fields (name, email, phone, avatar, password) once and links them to each role you have. Changing your phone number updates every place your phone appears in one step — no need to edit it in three places.
