Launchpad: pick where you want to go
Some people wear more than one hat. You might be on the staff team at an agency, a client of a different agency, and also give to your local church — all using the same email address. Launchpad is the page that shows up right after you sign in, giving you a tidy menu of every place your account can go.
When you'll see Launchpad
Launchpad only appears when you have more than one identity tied to your account. If you only belong to one workspace and don't have a portal or supporter account, you'll skip Launchpad and land directly in your one place.
You'll see Launchpad if any of the following are true:
- You belong to two or more workspaces as a team member.
- You have a client portal account in addition to a team member role.
- You have a supporter account (giving history, recurring gifts, statements) on top of an admin or portal role.
The cards on Launchpad
Each card represents one place you can go. Cards are grouped by type:
Workspace cards
One for each agency or organization workspace you're a team member of. The card shows the workspace name, your role, and a quick way to jump straight in. Click anywhere on the card to enter that workspace's admin.
Client portal cards
If you're a client of one or more agencies, you'll see a card for each portal. Click to open the portal where you can review projects, approve work, or send messages to your agency.
Your Account card
If you've ever donated, registered for an event, or otherwise interacted with an organization on Studio as a supporter, your supporter account appears here. The card only shows up once there's actual activity — empty accounts are hidden so the page stays clean.
Switching after you're already inside
You don't have to come back to Launchpad every time. Once you're inside a workspace, the workspace switcher in the top header lets you jump to any of your other workspaces with one click. You can also click your avatar and choose Launchpad to come back to the full menu.
Common questions
Can I make one of these my default landing page? Yes — open My Profile → Preferences and pick a default. You can always still get to the others.
Why do I keep seeing Launchpad even though I only use one workspace? You probably have a supporter or portal account attached too. Hide what you don't use by adjusting your preferences, or just click straight through.
Can my coworker see my other workspaces or my supporter account? No. Launchpad is private to you — only you see your own list of identities.
