Open the form's Settings, turn on Schedule this form, and set when it accepts responses. Times use your workspace timezone (Settings → General).
- Opens — required when scheduling is on. Before it, visitors see a message instead of the form.
- Closes — optional. After it, the form shows "This form has closed." Leave blank for no end date.
What visitors see
- Before it opens: "This form isn't open yet — it opens today at 4:00 PM CT" (or the date if it's not today). If it opens within 12 hours, a live countdown ("Available in 2h 14m") shows.
- The page flips on its own at the open and close times — no refresh needed. (Payment forms reload cleanly at the open moment so the card fields load.)
- After it closes: a clean "closed" message.
Tip: if you set a close time that's at or before the open time, Studio bumps the close to one hour later automatically.
