Once you've registered for a Studio event, there are two ways to pull your tickets back up — your confirmation email, or a free attendee account at usestudio.app/account.
Option 1 — Your confirmation email
Check the inbox of the email you used to register. The confirmation has your QR code(s) plus a link back to the order. No login required; save it or screenshot it for the door.
Option 2 — Sign in at usestudio.app/account
Studio's supporter account is a single free login for all your Studio tickets and gifts.
- Go to usestudio.app/register.
- Use the same email you registered for the event with.
- Create a password.
Once signed in, click the Tickets tab to see every event you've registered for — upcoming and past — with QR codes for each attendee.
Donor AND attendee? Same account.
If you've also donated to any organization on Studio using the same email, your donation history, year-end statements, and recurring gifts all appear in the same portal. No second login to remember.
Logging back in later
Go to usestudio.app/login. Forgot your password? Click Forgot password? — we'll email a reset link.
Can't find a ticket?
- Used a different email? The portal links tickets by exact email match. Sign out and sign in with the address you registered under.
- Someone else bought the ticket for you? The ticket lives in their portal. Ask them to forward the confirmation, or to send you an attendee invite link (admins and buyers can do this).
