Want registration to go live at a set time, or stop on a deadline? Open the event → Settings, turn on Schedule registration, and set the window. Times use your workspace timezone.
- Registration opens — leave blank to open immediately.
- Registration closes — leave blank for no cutoff.
What people see
- Before it opens: the Register button becomes a live countdown ("Opens in 2h 14m") when it's within 12 hours, otherwise "Registration not open yet." The page flips to the real Register button on its own when the time arrives.
- After it closes: the page shows "Registration closed." This works on both the event page and the standalone registration page (the Registration form button in the event header opens that page).
This is separate from per-ticket sale dates — it gates the whole event's registration.
