An event in Studio is a public page where people can register (and optionally pay) to attend something you're hosting — a conference, fundraiser, retreat, workshop, worship night, or anything in between.
Every event includes:
- A public registration page (e.g.
/event/your-workspace/summer-camp-2026) you can share anywhere. - Ticket options — free registration, one-price tickets, or multiple tiers (Early Bird, General, VIP).
- Capacity and waitlist controls so you never oversell.
- Confirmation emails to every registrant with a unique QR code.
- Door check-in — scan QR codes with any phone camera to mark attendees as arrived.
- Reports showing registrations, revenue, check-ins, and no-shows.
Free vs paid events
Free events are included in every Studio plan with unlimited registrations. For paid events, you must connect a Stripe account so money flows directly to you. Studio charges a small per-transaction fee on paid tickets — see Transaction Fees.
