Latest Activity is the running record of everything happening in a portal, newest first, grouped by day. It appears on the portal dashboard, and — if you can reach more than one client — on the client picker you land on first, where it spans every client at once.
What Counts as Activity
- A project opened — by your team or by a client submitting a request.
- A project finished — when its status moves to Completed or Closed.
- A comment on any project.
- A message sent, and every reply to one.
- A note posted to a project.
- A resource added — an uploaded file or a shared link.
Attachments show up inline: images as thumbnails you can click to enlarge, other files as a tile with a download button.
Finding Something
Use the Search activity box at the top of the card. It searches across all of it — comment text, project and message titles, who did it, and file names — not just the rows currently on screen. Clear the box to go back to the full feed.
The feed loads more as you scroll, so you can keep going back through the history without paging.
Times and Dates
Everything is shown in your local time, whatever timezone the person who did it was in. Rows are grouped under Today, Yesterday, or the full date.
What Clients Do Not See
Anything your team marked internal stays internal. Internal projects, internal comments, internal messages and internal-only resources never appear in a client's feed — only in yours. Money is not activity either: invoices and payments have their own tab and are deliberately kept out of the feed.
Common Questions
- My feed is empty. Nothing has happened in this portal yet. Open a project, send a message, or add a resource and it will appear immediately.
- A client says they cannot see something I posted. Check whether it was marked internal. The toggle is on the comment, message or project itself.
- I want the feed for one client only. Open that client's portal — the dashboard's feed is already narrowed to them. The picker's feed is the all-clients view.
