When you need help — whether it is a bug, a question, a feature request, or an issue — you can submit a support ticket directly from Studio.
Who Can Submit Tickets?
Support tickets are available to account owners and full team members (employees). Contractors do not have access to the support ticket system.
How to Submit a Ticket
- Go to the Help Center (click the help icon in the header, or navigate to /portal/help).
- Click the blue Submit a Ticket button in the top right.
- Fill in the ticket form:
- Subject — A brief, clear description of your issue or request.
- Category — Choose the type:
- General — General inquiries and questions.
- Bug Report — Something is broken or not working as expected.
- Feature Request — Suggest a new feature or improvement.
- Question — How-to questions about using Studio.
- Billing — Questions about your plan, invoices, or payments.
- Priority — How urgent is this?
- Low — No rush, when you get a chance.
- Medium — Normal priority (default).
- High — Important, affecting your workflow.
- Urgent — Critical, blocking your work or affecting clients.
- Description — Explain the issue in detail. Include steps to reproduce if reporting a bug. The rich text editor supports formatting, lists, and code blocks.
- Attachments — Upload screenshots, error logs, or any files that help explain the issue.
- Click Submit Ticket.
What Happens After Submitting
- Your ticket gets a unique code (e.g., ST-0001) for tracking.
- You receive a confirmation email with your ticket details.
- Our team receives an alert notification and will review your ticket.
- We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Alternative Access
You can also access the ticket system from the Support link in the sidebar (admin panel).
Tips for Effective Tickets
- Be specific — include URLs, page names, and exact error messages.
- For bugs, include steps to reproduce: what you did, what you expected, what happened instead.
- Attach screenshots — a picture is worth a thousand words.
- Choose the right category so we can route your ticket to the right person.
- Set realistic priorities — marking everything as Urgent makes it harder to prioritize.
