Pipelines help you move important relationships forward, one stage at a time. Think of a pipeline as a board with columns — each column is a stage, and each card is an opportunity you're working.
What you can track
- Deals — new clients or projects in your sales process.
- Major gifts & pledges — donors you're cultivating toward a commitment.
- Support raising — partners a missionary is inviting onto their team.
- Sponsorships — sponsors moving from interest to commitment.
Two ways to see it
View a pipeline as a kanban board (columns you drag cards between) or as a list — whichever helps you work. Stages are configurable, so the board matches your real process.
Where to find it
Open Pipelines in the left sidebar. If you don't see it, it's a paid module — see Plans for Pipelines.
Common questions
- How is this different from Workflows? Pipelines track an opportunity moving through stages; Workflows automate steps and tasks. They complement each other.
- Can I have more than one pipeline? Yes — set up a separate pipeline for each process you run.
