What Counts Toward Storage
Your storage limit includes all files uploaded across Studio:
- Project file attachments
- Message attachments
- Form submission uploads
- Notes attachments
- Plugin repository files
- Client resources
Storage Limits by Plan

Checking Your Usage
Your storage usage is displayed in two places:
- Dashboard — A progress bar at the top shows used vs. total storage
- Settings → Billing — Detailed breakdown with percentage
Warning Levels
- 80% used — Yellow warning banner appears
- 95% used — Red critical warning appears
- 100% used — File uploads are blocked until you free up space or upgrade
What Happens at the Limit
When your storage is full:
- File uploads are blocked (projects, messages, forms)
- You can still view and download existing files
- You can delete files to free up space
- Upgrade your plan or add a storage add-on to continue uploading
Adding More Storage
Go to Settings → Billing and click Add Storage to add +100 GB for $10/month. Add-ons stack — you can add multiple blocks.
